Submit less, not more
Do not send credentials, raw customer records, regulated data, or production exports through the public form. Start with a description, a few redacted examples, and the people who own the work.
Plain-language working note
Your workflow details are for the assessment, not a training set.
This note explains the default handling of intake submissions and assessment material. A written agreement or NDA can add stricter terms when needed.
Intake has a short life
Assessment intake is transmitted through Web3Forms and reviewed by DXDEV. Web3Forms terms govern handling during transmission. DXDEV retains the submission only to assess and respond, normally for no more than 90 days.
No training use
Client material is not used to train models. DXDEV does not send client material to third-party AI tools without written approval.
Access is purposeful
Live system access is not required for the assessment unless both sides agree it is useful. If access is agreed, it is limited to the stated workflow and time window.
You control the deliverables
You own the decision memo, workflow map, and test card. You may use them with your own team or another vendor.
Ask for stricter terms
An NDA is available on request. DXDEV can provide a standard form or work from yours. If your workflow involves regulated, highly sensitive, or contractual data, raise that before submitting so we can confirm the terms fit the timeline.
