Start with AI

You do not need a strategy or a new tool stack. You need one real task, a small test and someone checking the result. That is the whole start.

   Pick one task

   Choose something you already do every week that is slow, repetitive or easy to get wrong. A weekly report, a batch of customer emails, a spreadsheet clean-up. One task, not your whole job.

   Try it small

   Run that one task with an AI tool on a low-risk example. Check the result against how you would have done it. Note what it got right and what it missed.

   Keep a person in charge

   Decide who reviews the output before it goes anywhere that matters. AI drafts and sorts. A person decides, signs off and owns the result.
