Most of my time goes to a 25-year-old ASP Classic SaaS for sports leagues and tournaments. It pays for everything else. Recent work: prod-slowness triage, scraper mitigation, and a steady backlog of customer tickets.
Second priority is dxdev.com, this blog. I publish field notes from running the portfolio with a fleet of AI agents. The publishing pipeline itself is part of the experiment, work logs flow through extractors and reviewers into drafts.
Third is the agent system underneath it all. A station on my desktop, another on a Beelink, a shared vault, and Claude Code sessions that coordinate across them. The agent system is what makes running this many bets at once tractable.
