The blog now has a parent epic, five child tasks, and one reparented ticket. Each ticket now gets its own folder.
I finally treated the blog like a product

The blog was stalled by lacking a place for ideas, not by a shortage of ideas. A parent epic, build tickets, a reparented ticket, and folders for every ticket created one clear next action.
Paste the prompt, share only the context needed to answer it, and treat the result as a draft for your review. Do not include confidential information or let an AI assistant make changes without your approval.
Optional: for a visual report and saved memory, run /dxdev first.
Don’t have it? Get it at dxdev.com/skills/dxdev. The prompt works without it.

LESSON: Give Every Work Item A Home To Create An Obvious Next Move
SOURCE: dxdev.com/blog/2026-05-03_blog-as-product
WHAT HAPPENED: The post says the blog was not blocked by ideas. It was blocked because there was nowhere to put those ideas. ticket-C8FD became the parent epic, and ticket-CDA9 through ticket-A8CC became the build work. ticket-08BA was reparented, and every ticket received a folder. With that structure in place, the next move became obvious.
THE RULE: When work is stalled because ideas have no defined place, create an explicit home and hierarchy for each item. A complete structure should make the next action apparent.
CHECK MY CODE, then report PASS or FAIL with file:line for each:
1. Every work item has an assigned folder.
2. Related build tickets are grouped under a parent epic.
3. There is one clearly identifiable next action after organizing the work.
THEN PRINT: a table (check, PASS/FAIL, evidence, fix) + a verdict (applies / partially / OUT_OF_SCOPE / no) + the single most important next action.
