Two custom domains showed a security error, and I spent the morning auditing what the customers had set up. Both were fine. The certificates had expired, and 72 more were on the way.
Ten agent sessions, ten identical Chrome icons on the taskbar. I had added session automation so an agent could open a window for each session under one user. I expected one button.
A customer's domain resolved correctly, served over HTTPS, and our staff Detail page still said "Awaiting DNS".
